Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you call a number on this site, the call may be connected to a provider through a partner network, and we're paid for the call. California and several other states treat that as a sale of personal information. You have the right to opt out, wherever you live.

What we sell

• Identifiers: your phone number (caller ID).
• Call details: the time and length of the call, and the area and type of project it was routed by.
• Call audio: the provider who answers hears the call, and a partner network that routes it may record it. You are told at the start of the call when it is recorded.

We sell this to partner call networks and the home service providers who answer calls. We don't sell website session data or IP addresses, we don't use any of this for targeted advertising, and we don't knowingly sell information about anyone under 16.

How to opt out

Enter the phone number you call from. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for anything else; an email address is optional, for a confirmation.

You can also email privacy@loyaltyltd.co with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and your phone number.

Within 15 business days we will stop selling information about calls from that number. We will also tell any partner network that received information about your calls after you sent your request.

An authorized agent may opt out for you using the form or by email, with your written permission.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. A phone call can't carry a browser signal, so to opt out for calls, send us your phone number using the form above.

No penalty

We will not treat you differently for opting out.
