Loyalty LTD operates this site. It is a no-cost service that connects homeowners, directly or through partner networks, with independent local home remodeling contractors. Home improvement projects are not free — the contractor you choose sets the price and you pay the contractor directly. Compare quotes to understand cost and potential savings. All contractors are independent businesses, and Loyalty LTD does not warrant any work performed. Homeowners are responsible for verifying each contractor's credentials before hiring. Images on this site are illustrations, not photos of contractors or their work. You must be 18 or older to use this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site.

No endorsement

We do not perform home services, supervise contractors, or set their prices. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. You are responsible for choosing whether to hire a contractor and for verifying their credentials.

Communications

We don't call, text or email you. You decide whether to call the number we show you. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and how to have it deleted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyalty LTD is not liable for the acts, omissions, work or pricing of any contractor, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The site is provided “as is.”

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Loyalty LTD is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, not as part of a class, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the latest version.
