Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what Loyalty LTD (“we,” “us”), the operator of validatedhomeremodeling.com, stores when you use this site. The short version: we help you find a local service provider to call. We don't ask for your name, phone number, email, street address or date of birth, and we don't sell the session data we keep. When a call is connected through a partner network we're paid for it, which some states treat as a sale of your call information; you can opt out.
What we store
- Your IP address, recorded with your session activity.
- How you use the site: a script on our pages logs session activity, such as pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling and time on page, along with your IP address, browser and device type. We use this only to see which content is useful and to make our sites more helpful.
What we don't collect
The only form on this site is the opt-out form on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. It asks for the phone numbers you want opted out and, if you want a confirmation, your email address. We use them only to carry out and keep a record of your request. Otherwise, we don't ask for your name, phone number, email, street address, date of birth or any financial or credit information. We do not run credit checks, and we do not call, text or market to you.
Phone calls
When you call a number on this site, your caller ID, call time and duration are received by our phone carrier, our call-routing provider, any partner network that routes the call, and the provider who answers, so the call can be connected and billed. Calls are recorded, and a partner network that routes your call may also record it; you are told at the start of the call. We don't use this information to market to you.
Sale of call information
When a partner network routes your call, we are paid for it. California and several other states treat that as a sale of personal information. In the past 12 months we have sold these categories, to partner call networks and the home service providers who answer calls:
- Identifiers: your phone number (caller ID).
- Call details: the time and length of the call, and the area and type of project it was routed by.
- Call audio: the provider who answers hears the call, and a partner network that routes it may record it. You are told at the start of the call when it is recorded.
We have not sold website session data or IP addresses, we don't use call information for targeted advertising, and we don't knowingly sell information about anyone under 16. To opt out, see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. If you opt out, we keep your phone number on our opt-out list for as long as we need it to honor your request.
Why we store it
- To understand what services people are looking for in each area.
- To keep our sites working, secure and protected from abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don't use your session activity or IP address to contact you, build a marketing profile of you, or target ads to you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell the session data this site collects, and we don't share it with contractors or marketers. We share it only with service providers who host our sites and deliver our email, under contracts that bar them from using it for anything else; with authorities when the law requires it; and with a successor if our business is transferred, who must keep this policy's promises. Call information is handled as described under Phone calls.
How long we keep it
We delete session activity logs 90 days after the visit. After that we keep only totals that can't be traced to a person or an IP address, such as the number of visits to a page from a ZIP code. We keep opt-out requests for 24 months, as the law requires.
Deleting your data
Because we don't collect your name or contact details, your IP address is how we find your records. To have them deleted, follow the steps on Your Privacy Choices. We delete every session log tied to that IP address within 30 days. Most home internet providers change your IP address from time to time, so if you have used other networks, send each IP address you want deleted. You can also email privacy@loyaltyltd.co.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out of its sale (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information). Send requests through Your Privacy Choices or to privacy@loyaltyltd.co, and include the IP address you used. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof that they are authorized.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We don't sell or share website data for advertising.
Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We protect what we store with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. We will not sell any other kind of information, or start collecting contact details, without first changing this policy.
