Remodeling in Salisbury

Wicomico County did most of its building late: 45%1 of today's homes went up between 1980 and 2009, ranchers and two-story subdivisions spreading out from Salisbury. The city itself is older and mostly rented, with three historic districts. Building and plumbing permits come from the city or the county depending on the address, and the county issues electrical permits everywhere.
